Write to hallo@1338.nl and a person will answer, usually within one working day. Please mention which device you use and which version of the app; you will find it at the bottom of the account screen.
First check that notifications are enabled for FireSignal in your phone settings, then in the app under Account, Notifications.
Notifications follow your phone settings: with Do Not Disturb on they wait like any other notification.
Only Plus alerts you straight away when a fire starts nearby. Without Plus you get a summary the next morning.
FireSignal Plus costs EUR 5.99 per month or EUR 29.99 per year. Payment goes through your Apple account, not through us.
You cancel in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. We cannot do that for you.
Paid but no Plus? Tap Restore purchases in the app. If that does not help, email us with your Apple receipt.
In the app: Account, at the bottom, Delete account. Your email address, your sessions, your push tokens and the names of your places are removed.

Satellites see heat, not fire. Cloud and smoke block the view, and a small fire under trees is invisible. No detection therefore does not mean nothing is burning.
FireSignal is an extra pair of eyes, not an alarm system. In case of danger always follow the official channels and call the emergency number.
